"结构化"是团队实现高水平、创新型发展的核心要素,其内涵涵盖知识结构化、组织结构化与教学任务结构化三个维度.知识结构化强调理论知识与实践知识的"对应—转化",组织结构化体现为校企人员协同配置,教学任务结构化则指向模块化教学与资源优化.然而,当前团队建设面临知识共享意愿不足、校企组织跨界融合不深、教学结构化水平不高三重困境,根源在于替代忧虑阻碍知识共享、校企分立制约协同配置、专兼职教师知识结构不完整影响教学实效.为破解困境,需要坚守职业发展"情结",提升个体共享意愿;完善校企协同机制,优化团队组织结构;推进关键知识整合,提升团队整体核心素养.

"Structuralization"serves as a core element for achieving high-level and innovative development in teaching teams,encompassing three dimensions:knowledge structuralization,organizational structuralization and instructional task structuralization.Knowledge structuralization emphasizes the"alignment-transformation"between theoretical and practical knowledge;organizational structuralization manifests through collaborative staffing between schools and enterprises;and instructional task structuralization focuses on modular teaching and resources optimization.However,current team development faces three key dilemmas:insufficient willingness for knowledge sharing,inadequate cross-border integration of school-enterprise organizations,and low levels of instructional structuralization.These challenges stem from substitution anxiety hindering knowledge sharing,institutional fragmentation constraining collaborative staffing,and incomplete knowledge structures among full-time and part-time teachers affecting instructional effectiveness.To address these issues,it is essential to reinforce professional development"commitment"to enhance individual sharing willingness,improve school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms to optimize team organizational structures,and promote integration of critical knowledge to elevate the team's overall core competencies.
