推进"岗课赛证融通"课程思政建设是高职护理教育落实立德树人、服务健康中国战略的关键路径,对实现"德技并修"育人目标、提升学生综合职业竞争力具有重要意义.当前,在实践中仍存在理念认知碎片化、教学资源供给不足、师资能力结构失衡、机制保障协同乏力等现实困境.为此,需坚持德技并重、协同融合、对接需求、多元交互的基本原则,构建涵盖育人目标、内容资源、教学实施、评价反馈四大核心模块的协同育人体系并提出通过深化校企协同(共融价值元素、共建教学体系、共育双师队伍)与推动资源整合(共享实训资源、共享人才资源、共享创新成果)的系统化实践路径,以推动高职护理专业人才培养质量的全面提升.

Advancing the integration of"post-course-competition-certificate integration"with curriculum ideology and politics represents a pivotal pathway for nursing education in higher vocational colleges to implement the mission of fostering students with both moral integrity and professional skills,thereby serving the strategic goal of promoting a healthy China.This approach holds significant importance in achieving the educational objective of"cultivating both moral character and technical expertise"and enhancing students'comprehensive professional competitiveness.Currently,several practical challenges persist in implementation,including fragmented conceptual understanding,inadequate supply of teaching resources,imbalanced faculty capability structures,and weak coordination in institutional support mechanisms.To address these issues,it is essential to adhere to the fundamental principles of emphasizing both moral and technical education,promoting integrated collaboration,aligning with demands,and fostering diverse interactions.A collaborative educational system should be constructed with the logical framework of"value guidance-content reconstruction-teaching implementation-effectiveness evaluation",encompassing four core modules:educational objectives,content resources,teaching implementation and evaluation feedback.Furthermore,systematic practical pathways should be proposed through deepening school-enterprise collaboration(integrating value elements,jointly constructing teaching systems,and co-cultivating dual-qualified faculty)and promoting resource integration(sharing practical training resources,talent resources,and innovative achievements),thereby comprehensively enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in vocational nursing programs.
