职业教育"五金"新基建赋能教育强国建设:逻辑、壁垒与路径OA
New Infrastructure of"Five Key Components"in Vocational Education Empowering the Construction of a Powerful Education Country:Logic,Barriers and Approaches
职业教育"五金"新基建是支撑中国式现代化职业教育体系建设的重要基础,对推进教育强国建设具有关键支撑作用."五金"新基建以技术变革逻辑提升职业教育整体效能,以制度嵌入逻辑深化现代职业教育体系内涵建设,以韧性治理逻辑重塑职业教育生态的良性发展.然而,当前我国职业教育仍面临"金专业"数字化改造滞后于产业发展、"金课程"设计与人才培养契合度不高、"金教师"数字素养培育效果未达预期、"金教材"数字化效能与社会参与不足、"金基地"数字化建设运行僵化等多重现实问题.为此,亟须构建以数字化技术为驱动的"五金"新基建协同路径,通过强化数字理念、整合数字资源、弥合数字鸿沟、完善制度体系,推动职业教育"五金"新基建的创新与变革,从而为教育强国建设赋能、储能、助能.
The new infrastructure of"five key components"in vocational education serves as a crucial foundation for supporting the construction of a modern vocational education system in the Chinese context and plays a pivotal role in advancing the construction of a powerful education country.These new infrastructures enhance the overall efficacy of vocational education through the logic of technological transformation,deepen the connotative construction of the modern vocational education system through the logic of institutional embedding,and reshape the healthy development of the vocational education ecosystem through the logic of resilient governance.However,China's vocational education currently faces multiple practical challenges,including the lagging digital transformation of"golden majors"compared to industrial development,the low alignment between the design of"golden courses"and talent cultivation,the underperformance of"golden teachers"in digital literacy development,the insufficient digital efficacy and social participation of"golden teaching materials",and the rigid digital construction and operation of"golden bases".Therefore,it is urgent to construct a collaborative pathway for the new infrastructure of"five key components"driven by digital technologies.By strengthening digital concepts,integrating digital resources,bridging the digital divide,and improving institutional systems,we can promote innovation and transformation in the new infrastructure of"five key components"of vocational education,thereby empowering,energizing,and facilitating the construction of a powerful education country.
