From On-site Engineers to Outstanding Engineers:Talent Cultivation Paradigm Transformation from Vocational Junior Colleges to Vocational Undergraduate Schools

职教本科院校作为高等职业教育的引领者,肩负着培养高层次技术技能人才的重要使命.然而,当前职业本科学校人才培养仍受"现场工程师"概念存在的语义模糊、指向不明、内涵窄化等问题制约,难以充分体现其卓越性,也影响了高层次技术技能人才培养工作的深入推进.为此,职业本科学校应推动从"现场工程师"到"卓越工程师"的培养范式转型,通过知识与技能的层级递进、学科交叉的融合贯通以及创新能力的系统激发,彰显人才培养的高层次特征.在实施路径上,应以新质生产力发展为导向,重构人才培养体系;以高水平产教融合、校企合作为纽带,促进教育链、人才链、产业链与创新链的深度融合;以教学科研并重的高素质教师队伍建设为支撑,全面推动职教本科人才培养质量提升,为现代职业教育体系的高水平发展提供坚实支撑.

As guider in higher vocational education,vocational undergraduate schools shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents.However,the current talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate schools is still constrained by issues such as semantic ambiguity,unclear direction,and narrow connotations associated with the concept of"on-site engineers",making it difficult to fully reflect their excellence and hindering the in-depth advancement of high-level technical and skilled talent cultivation.To address this,vocational undergraduate schools should promote the transformation of the talent cultivation paradigm from"on-site engineers"to"outstanding engineers",highlighting the high-level characteristics of talent cultivation through hierarchical progression of knowledge and skills,integration across disciplines,and systematic stimulation of innovative capabilities.In terms of implementation pathways,vocational undergraduate schools should reconstruct the talent cultivation system guided by the development of new-quality productive forces,promote in-depth integration of the education chain,talent chain,industrial chain,and innovation chain through high-level industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and rely on the construction of a high-quality faculty that emphasizes both teaching and research to comprehensively enhance the quality of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate schools,so as to provide solid support for the high-level development of modern vocational education system.
