全球职业教育绿色技能政策比较研究OA

A Comparative Study of Green Skills Policy in Vocational Education in the World

在全球大力推动可持续发展的背景下,绿色经济蓬勃兴起,职业教育在绿色技能人才培养中扮演着关键角色.本研究以中国、德国、澳大利亚三国的职业教育绿色技能政策为研究对象,运用NVivo软件对10份政策文本进行三级编码分析来比较三国的职业教育绿色技能培养政策.研究发现,中国注重培养绿色技术创新人才,德国侧重将可持续发展素养融入职业教育中,澳大利亚则强调学习者的实践操作能力.基于此,我国可以借鉴德、澳两国经验,构建绿色技能制度、提升绿色技能能力以及搭建完善的产教融合机制,以期为我国培养更多适应绿色经济发展需求的创新型人才.

In the context of global efforts to promote sustainable development,the green economy is booming,and vocational education plays a key role in the cultivation of green skills.In this study,the green skills policies of vocational education in China,Germany and Australia are taken as the object of research,and 10 policy texts are analyzed by three-level coding using NVivo software to compare the green skills cultivation models of vocational education in the three countries.The study found that China focuses on cultivating green technology innovators,Germany focuses on integrating sustainable development literacy into vocational education,and Australia emphasizes learners'practical skills.Based on this,China can learn from the experiences of Germany and Australia to build a green skills system,enhance green skills competence,and establish a perfect industry-teaching integration mechanism,with a view to cultivating more innovative talents to meet the needs of the development of green economy in China.
