2025年,中共中央、国务院印发的《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024-2035年)》明确指出,"建设学习型社会,以教育数字化开辟发展新赛道、塑造发展新优势".教育强国建设背景下,教育数字化正成为建设学习型社会的关键力量与重要路径.以教育数字化赋能学习型社会建设,要以数字技术推动学习内容的数字化、学习方式的多样化以及学习环境的互动化.以教育数字化推动学习型社会建设,须强化数字基础设施,推动数字资源共建共享;创新数字教学模式,推动多样学习方式交融;提升公共服务水平,推动数字服务能力完善;重塑学习生态系统,拓展全民学习空间,助力构建社会学习新格局.

In the"Powerful Education Country Construction Plan(2024-2035)"issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in 2025,it is clearly stated that"we should build a learning society and open up new development tracks and shape new development advantages through educational digitalization".Against the backdrop of building a powerful education country,promoting the construction of a learning society through educational digitalization holds theoretical significance in perfecting the methodology for building a learning society in China,practical significance in accelerating the construction of a learning society in China,and is also a powerful support for accelerating the construction of a powerful education country.The core essence of promoting the construction of a learning society through educational digitalization lies in promoting the digitalization of learning contents,diversification of learning methods,and interaction of learning environments through digital means.In view of this,to promote the construction of a learning society through educational digitalization,it is necessary to strengthen digital infrastructure,innovate digital teaching models,and enhance the level of public services.
