企业参与职业教育的广度、深度及影响因素研究OA
Research on the Breadth and Depth of Enterprises Participating in Vocational Education and Its Influencing Factors
校企合作是职业教育的基本办学模式,也是提升职业教育办学质量的重要抓手,更是培养高技能型人才的关键所在.为明晰当前企业参与职业教育的实践样态、廓清参与广度、研判参与深度、厘清影响因素,本研究基于1032份《企业参与高等职业教育人才培养年度报告》,梳理了当前企业参与高等职业教育的行为谱系,运用层次分析法,根据不同企业的参与情况测算其参与深度;构建多元线性回归模型,分析影响企业参与职业教育广度与深度的多重因素.结果发现,产教融合型企业与高新技术企业在参与广度与深度上均表现出显著优势;产教融合型企业在拓宽参与广度及深化参与程度方面的正向作用更为突出;企业的资产规模对参与广度和深度均有显著正向作用;企业的经营年限仅与参与广度呈现正相关.针对目前校企合作仍面临的合作形式单一化、合作程度浅层化、合作关系难以持续等问题,应进一步拓展增量,将更多企业"引"进来,丰富校企合作形式;优化存量,让参与企业"动"起来,增强校企合作深度;控制变量,将企业"留"下来,筑牢稳定、可持续的校企合作关系.
School-enterprise cooperation is the basic mode of vocational education,an important means to improve the quality of vocational education,and a key factor in cultivating high-skilled talents.In order to clarify the current practice of enterprises participating in vocational education,clarify the breadth of participation,assess the depth of participation,and identify influencing factors,the study summarizes the current behavioral spectrum of enterprises participating in vocational education to characterize its breadth of participation.On this basis,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to measure the depth of participation of different enterprises,and construct a multiple linear regression model to analyze the multiple factors that affect the breadth and depth of enterprises participating in vocational education.The results show that industry-education integrated enterprises and high-tech enterprises exhibited significant advantages in both breadth and depth of school-enterprise participation;the positive role of industry-education integrated enterprises in expanding the breadth and deepening participation is more prominent;the asset size of a company has a significant positive effect on both the breadth and depth of participation;the operating years of a company are only positively correlated with the breadth of participation.Based on the above conclusions,in response to the current problems of single and fixed forms of cooperation,shallow cooperation,and unsustainable cooperation relationships in school-enterprise cooperation,further expansion should be made to attract more enterprises and enrich the forms of school-enterprise cooperation;optimize existing resources,activate participating enterprises,and enhance the depth of school-enterprise cooperation;control variables,keep the enterprises and build a stable and sustainable school-enterprise cooperation relationship.
