Cultivation of International Talents of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Building an Important World-class Education Hub
世界重要教育中心建设背景下,高职院校国际化人才培养已成为推动我国职业教育高水平对外开放的重要支撑.对15名"走出去"企业代表的深度访谈和质性分析发现,高职院校国际化人才培养存在目标不精准、政行企资源难融入、协同培养框架不完善、双师队伍国际素养不支撑等问题.为提升高职院校国际化人才培养质量,应通过明确国际化人才培养国别指向、优化"研育训赛"协同培养机制、创新交叉融合型人才培养路径、建设国际化"双师型"师资队伍等策略,为职业教育服务企业高质量"走出去"提供参考,助力世界重要职业教育中心建设.
Under the construction of building an important world-class education hub,the cultivation of international talents of higher vocational colleges has emerged as a key foundation for advancing the high-level opening-up of vocational education in China.Drawing on in-depth interviews with 15 representatives from enterprises engaged in overseas operations,this study adopts grounded theory to conduct a qualitative analysis of first-hand empirical data.The findings reveal that current practices are confronted with multiple constraints,including imprecise training orientations,limited integration of governmental,industrial and enterprise resources,an insufficiently developed collaborative cultivation framework,and inadequate international competence among dual-qualified teaching staff.In response,this study proposes a set of targeted strategies,including clarifying country-specific orientations in international talent cultivation,optimizing an industry-oriented"research-education-training-contest"collaborative mechanism,innovating cross-integrated cultivation pathways through diversified platforms,and strengthening the development of internationally competent"dual-qualified"teaching staff,so as to provide theoretical insights and practical references for improving the quality of international talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges,support enterprises in high-quality overseas expansion,and contribute to the building of the world's important vocational education center.
