数智化建设是推动农村供水现代化发展的必由之路.在梳理数字孪生农村供水工程建设现状基础上,分析当前部分存在需求分析不清、投入产出效率不高、可持续运行较困难等问题,解析了农村供水数字孪生"是什么、建什么、怎么建",系统性思考并提出针对性建议.数字孪生农村供水工程建设应坚持需求牵引和问题导向,以实现安全供水、自动供水、经济供水、长效供水、便捷供水为目标,构建以数字为基础、孪生为路径、智慧为大脑、供水为目标的虚实融合系统,实现供水工艺和供水系统数字化映射、智能化模拟和智慧化决策.具体实施中,系统建设包括工程级智慧供水系统和区域级智慧供水管理平台,工程级智慧供水系统聚焦智能感知体系、数字孪生平台与业务应用体系闭环,区域级智慧供水管理平台侧重全域监管与多业务协同.农村供水数字孪生系统建设以"管用、实用、好用"为导向,监控设备以"稳定、经济、便捷"为准则,软件设计以"有效、简约、直观"为目的,系统运行以"安全、可控、适配"为要素,推动农村供水从传统管理向数智化管理转变,为农村供水高质量发展和现代化建设提供数智赋能.

The construction of digital and intelligent systems is the inevitable path to promoting the modernization of rural water supply.Based on an analysis of the current status of digital twin rural water supply projects,this paper identified some existing problems such as unclear demand analysis,low input-output efficiency,and challenging sustainable operation.It also delved into the essence,construction content,and methods of digital twin rural water supply,offering systematic thinking and targeted implementation suggestions.The construction of digital twin rural water supply projects should adhere to demand-driven and problem-oriented approaches,aiming to achieve safe,automatic,economic,long-term,and convenient water supply.It is necessary to build a virtual-real integration system with digital technology,twin paths,smart decision-making,and water supply as the object,to realize the digital mapping,intelligent simulation,and smart decision-making of water supply processes and systems.In a specific implementation,the system construction includes an engineering-level smart water supply system and a regional-level smart water supply management platform.The engineering-level system focuses on the closed loop of the intelligent perception system,digital twin platform,and business application system,while the regional-level platform emphasizes comprehensive supervision and multi-business collaboration.The construction of a digital twin rural water supply system should be guided by the principles of"practicality,usability,and ease of use",with monitoring equipment following the criteria of"stability,economy,and convenience",software design aiming for"effectiveness,simplicity,and intuitiveness",and system operation emphasizing"safety,controllability,and adaptability".This will facilitate the transformation of rural water supply management from traditional management to digital and intelligent management,providing digital and intelligent empowerment for the high-quality development and modernization of rural water supply.
