椎间盘源性腰痛的中西医治疗研究进展OA
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Discogenic Low Back Pain
椎间盘源性腰痛(DLBP)是临床上常见的腰椎间盘退行性疾病,在所有的慢性腰痛中,DLBP约占 39%.当前DLBP已成为全世界范围内的主要公共卫生问题之一,DLBP不仅影响人的心理健康,同时也严重影响人的生活、工作,导致其生活质量明显下降.目前临床上对于DLBP的诊断和治疗仍存在诸多争议点,且相关发病机制仍为完全明确.近年来随着相关研究的继续深入,临床上对于DLBP的治疗方法各种各样,都取得了一定的疗效,但治疗方法缺乏统一、规范化的指导,疗效也各有差异,为此文章对国内外最近文献报道中DLBP的中西医治疗方法进行综述,以期对临床上治疗方法的选择提供一定帮助.
Discogenic Low Back Pain(DLBP)is a common degenerative disease of the lumbar disc in clinical practice,accounting for approximately 39%of all chronic back pain cases.Currently,DLBP has become one of the major public health issues worldwide.DLBP not only affects people's mental health,but also seriously impacts their lives and work,leading to a significant decline in their quality of life.At present,there are still many controversial points in the diagnosis and treatment of DLBP in clinical practice,and the related pathogenesis is still fully understood.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of related research,there have been various treatment methods for DLBP in clinical practice,all of which have achieved certain therapeutic effects.However,the treatment methods lack unified and standardized guidance,and the efficacy varies.Therefore,this article reviews the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods for DLBP reported in recent literature at home and abroad,in order to provide some help for the selection of treatment methods in clinical practice.
