紧邻既有电力管廊多桩旋挖施工振动影响研究OA
Vibration Impact Study on Multi-pile Rotary Drilling Beside Power Pipe Gallery
在坚硬地层中进行灌注桩旋挖成孔会产生明显的振动荷载,尤其多台旋挖设备同时施工将严重影响邻近地下结构安全.为探明多桩施工所致联合振动影响,依托济南地铁4号线某车站基坑项目,采用现场试验、数值模拟和现场监测相结合的方式,开展紧邻既有电力管廊多桩旋挖施工振动影响研究,得出以下结论:在坚硬地层旋挖施工过程中在钻头所处深度处振动加速度最大,主要影响范围为其上下2倍桩径左右;相比单桩施工,随同时施工桩数的增加,电力管廊侧壁的竖向振动及顶板的水平和竖向振动放大效应显著,侧壁的水平振动多波峰现象明显但振动速度峰值基本不变;多桩同时施工时,振动耦合影响随桩间距的增加而减小;双桩同深度施工时振动放大效应显著,在相对于施工深度2倍桩径范围内耦合效应明显,并随施工深度差异增加而降低,在双桩施工深度相差5倍桩径后其影响近似于单桩施工影响.基于分析结果提出多桩旋挖施工振动影响控制措施,并经现场监测验证了其有效性,可为相关工程提供参考.
Rotary drilling for bored cast-in-place piles in hard strata generates significant vibration loads.Especially,si-multaneous operation of multiple rotary drilling rigs can severely affect the safety of nearby underground structures.To in-vestigate the combined vibration effects of multi-pile construction,the excavation of a station on Jinan Metro Line 4 was tak-en as the research project.A combined approach of field testing,numerical simulation,and on-site monitoring was used to analyze the vibration effects of multi-pile rotary drilling near the existing power pipe gallery.It is concluded that during rota-ry drilling in hard strata,the maximum vibration acceleration occurs at the depth of the drill bit,and primarily affects the ar-ea about two times of pile diameter above and below the drill tip point.Compared to single-pile construction,as the number of simultaneous piles increases,there is a significant amplification effect for the vertical vibrations of the power pipe gallery's sidewalls and both horizontal and vertical vibrations of the top slab,pronounced multi-peak phenomena occur in the side-wall's horizontal vibrations,but the peak vibration velocity remains nearly constant.The coupling effect of vibration decreas-es as the pile spacing increases during multi-pile simultaneous construction.When two piles are drilled at the same depth,the amplification effect is notable,and the coupling effects are obvious within the range of twice the pile diameter relative to drilling depths.The coupling effects diminish as depth differences increase,and approximate to single-pile effects at a differ-ence of five times of the pile diameter.Based on these results and discussions,vibration control measures for multi-pile rota-ry drilling were proposed and validated through on-site monitoring.This study has provided a reference for related engineer-ing projects.
