人工智能在胃癌诊断、治疗及预后中的应用与挑战OA

Gastric cancer is a highly prevalent malignant tumor worldwide,with nearly half of the global cases occurring in China,resulting in a significant epidemiological burden.Traditional diagnostic and therapeutic approaches face challenges such as late diagnosis,high tumor heterogeneity,and a lack of individualized treatment plans.Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology markedly enhances the efficacy of early lesion detection and the precision of pathological classification through the integration of multimodal data,including imaging features,pathomics,and clinical parameters.It supports the development of personalized treatment strategies and enables dynamic prognosis prediction.This technology is embedded within a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic system for gastric cancer,encompassing diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis follow-up,thereby establishing a novel pathway for precise gastric cancer management.However,the clinical translation of AI still encounters several challenges including insufficient data quality,limited model transferability,and low algorithm interpretability.In this paper,we review the application of AI in early screening,precision treatment,and prognosis prediction of gastric cancer and the current challenges,and propose innovative solutions.
