基于水资源与土地利用变化的异龙湖水环境演变驱动机制研究OA
Study on the driving mechanism of water environment evolution in Yilong Lake based on changes in water resources and land use
异龙湖是云南九大高原湖泊中面积最小、蓄水量最少、水深最浅、人地关系矛盾最突出且水体富营养化程度最重的湖泊,在全球气候变化与人类活动的双重胁迫下,日益面临着水资源短缺、水质污染治理难及保护与发展如何平衡等诸多问题.本研究基于1992-2024年长序列水文、气象、水质及土地利用数据,综合运用Spearman相关性分析与机器学习算法(Extra Trees),较为系统地揭示了异龙湖水环境演变特征及其驱动机制.研究表明:(1)异龙湖水质类别为Ⅴ~劣Ⅴ类,年际间波动变化特征明显,水体综合营养状态指数(Trophic Level Index,TLI)为56~80,整体处于轻-重度富营养水平;(2)湖泊水位和蓄水量与TLI呈显著负相关(相关系数分别为-0.734和-0.633,p<0.01),水资源量是驱动异龙湖水质波动变化的核心要素;(3)定量解析了土地利用变化与湖区水质间的非线性效应,建设用地扩张、经济林增多及草地/水域面积减少是异龙湖水体富营养化演替的主要诱因.研究成果可为异龙湖等高原浅水湖泊富营养化治理与水生态修复提供参考.
The Yilong Lake is the smallest lake of Yunnan's nine plateau lakes,with the least water storage,the shal-lowest water depth,the most prominent contradiction between human and land,and the most serious eutrophication.Under the dual threats of global climate change and human activities,it is increasingly facing many problems such as water shortage,difficulty in water pollution control,and how to balance protection and development.Based on the long-series hydrological,meteorological,water quality and land use data from 1992 to 2024,this study systematically reveals the evolution law of the water environment of the Yilong Lake and its driving mechanism by combining Spear-man correlation analysis and machine learning algorithms(Extra Trees).The results show that:(1)the water quality of the Yilong Lake ranges from Class Ⅴ to worse than Class Ⅴ,with obvious interannual fluctuations.The comprehen-sive nutrient status index(TLI)of the water body is 56~80,and it is generally at a level from light to severe eutrophica-tion;(2)the lake water level and water storage are significantly negatively correlated with the TLI of the water body(correlation coefficients are-0.734 and-0.633,respectively,p<0.01).Water resources are the core factor causing the fluctuation of water quality in the Yilong Lake;(3)based on the constructed TLI and land use ratio response model,the nonlinear impact of land use change on the water quality of the Yilong Lake was quantitatively analyzed.The expan-sion of construction land,the increase of economic forests,and the reduction of grassland and water area are the main causes of eutrophication of the water body in the Yilong Lake;The research results provide a reference for eutrophica-tion control and water ecological restoration of plateau shallow lakes like the Yilong Lake.
