以植酸(PA)和烟酰胺(NA)为原料,制备了一种绿色环保的磷系生物基阻燃剂(PN),并将其应用于环氧树脂(EP)复合材料中.结果表明,PN的引入显著降低了EP复合材料的峰值热释放速率(pHRR)和总热释放量(THR),分别减少了41.9%和34.5%,并有效抑制了烟雾和有害气体的释放,同时提高了残炭量;阻燃机理分析表明,PN通过固相催化形成致密炭层及气相自由基捕获和稀释作用协同实现阻燃效果;PN展现出作为高效生物基绿色阻燃剂的巨大潜力,为开发环保阻燃材料提供了新思路.

In this study,a sustainable and eco-friendly phosphorus/nitrogen-containing bio-based flame retardant(denoted by PN)was synthesized from phytic acid and nicotinamide,and subsequently incorporated into epoxy resin(EP)com-posites.The results demonstrate that the addition of PN significantly enhances the flame-retardant properties of EP:the peak heat release rate and total heat release were reduced by 41.9%and 34.5%,respectively.Moreover,PN effective-ly suppressed smoke production and the release of toxic gases while promoting the formation of a robust char residue.Mechanistic investigations indicate that PN operates through a dual-mode action-catalyzing the formation of a dense,pro-tective char layer in the condensed phase,and scavenging free radicals while diluting flammable gases in the gas phase.These synergistic effects underscore PN's potential as a high-performance,bio-derived flame retardant,offering a prom-ising pathway toward environmentally benign flame-retardant materials.
