电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定焙烧钼精矿中钨含量OA
Determination of tungsten in roasted molybdenum concentrate by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry
样品经氨水、过氧化氢溶解,在盐酸、硝酸介质中,于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪上,207.911 nm处测定其发射强度,计算得焙烧钼精矿中钨的质量分数.本文对样品溶解方法、氨水用量、硝酸用量和钼基体干扰等因素进行了考察.方法精密度在不大于 3.3%,加标回收率在 92%~99%,仪器检出限为 0.000 5%,测定范围为0.005 0%~0.50%.
The sample is dissolved in ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide,and its emission intensity is measured at 207.911 nm on the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid medium.The mass fraction of tungsten in roasted molybdenum concentrate is calculated.The experiment investigated factors such as sample dissolution method,ammonia dos-age,nitric acid dosage,and molybdenum matrix interference.The precision of the method is not greater than 3.3%,the recovery rate is between92%and99%,the detection limit of the instrument is 0.000 5%,and the determination range is 0.005 0%to 0.50%.
