饲料中添加巴戟天黄酮对肉羊生长性能、抗氧化指标、肌肉品质和免疫力的影响OA
The effect of adding Morinda officinalis flavonoids to feed on growth performance,antioxidant indicators,meat quality,and immunity in mutton sheep
为研究饲料中添加巴戟天黄酮对肉羊生长性能、抗氧化能力、肌肉品质及免疫力的影响,试验选用96只50日龄断奶母羔羊[均重(16.35±1.22)kg],随机分为4组(对照组及100、200、400 mg/kg巴戟天黄酮组).预试15 d,正式试验120 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,200、400 mg/kg组肉羊末重分别提高11.7%和12.2%(P<0.05),日增重提升18.8%和18.3%,料重比降低15.1%和16.3%;400 mg/kg组血清总抗氧化能力提高25.8%,200、400 mg/kg组超氧化物歧化酶活性分别提高28.1%和31.5%,丙二醛含量降低19.8%和23.9%;200、400 mg/kg组肌肉屠宰率分别提升18.9%和24.9%,400 mg/kg组滴水损失减少23.5%,剪切力下降18.1%;200、400 mg/kg组血清IgG分别增加11.9%和12.6%,400 mg/kg 组 IL-4 含量升高 11.3%,400 mg/kg 组 TNF-α 降低 21.5%,400 mg/kg 组 CD4+/CD8+比值提高26.9%.综上,饲料中添加400 mg/kg巴戟天黄酮可显著优化肉羊生长性能、抗氧化能力、肌肉品质及免疫功能.
In order to study the specific effects of dietary flavonoids on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,muscle quality and immunity of meat sheep,96 50-day-old weaned lambs with average weight(16.35±1.22)kg were divided into 4 groups,3 replicates and 8 sheep.Added 0,100,200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg Morinda officinalis to each group respectively.The pre-test was 15 d,and the formal test period was 120 d.The results showed that compared wih the control group,the final weight of 200,400 mg/kg group was significantly increased by 11.7%,12.2%(P<0.05),and daily weight gain was significantly increased by 18.8%,18.3%,the material to weight ratio was significantly reduced by 15.1%,16.3%(P<0.05).Compared wih the control group,the serum antioxidant capacity of 400 mg/kg group was significant enhanced by 25.8%;The superoxide dismutase activity of 200,400 mg/kg group was increased by 28.1%,31.5%,and malondialdehyde content was decreased by 19.8%,23.9%(P<0.05).Compared wih the control group,the slaughter rate of 200,400 mg/kg group was significant enhanced by 18.9%,24.9%(P<0.05);The drop loss and shear force reduction of 400 mg/kg group were decreased by 23.5%,18.1%(P<0.05).Compared wih the control group,the serum IgG of 200,400 mg/kg group was significant increased by 11.9%和 12.6%(P<0.05);The content of IL-4 in 400 mg/kg group was increased by 11.3%,TNF-α was decreased by 21.5%,and CD4+/CD8+value was significant increased by 26.9%(P<0.05).In conclusion that the addition of Morinda officinalis in the feed improved the growth performance,antioxidant ability,muscle quality and immunity of meat sheep.
