山楂叶黄酮和甜菊糖苷对蛋鸡生产性能和血清生化的影响OA
Effects of hawthorn leaf flavonoids and stevioside on prouduction performance and serum biochemistry of laying hens
为研究饲粮添加山楂叶黄酮和甜菊糖苷对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清生化的影响,试验选取健康的66周龄京粉6号蛋鸡360只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加120 mg/kg山楂叶黄酮、120 mg/kg甜菊糖苷及120 mg/kg山楂叶黄酮+120 mg/kg甜菊糖苷的复配组合.预试期2周,正试期4周.结果显示:与对照组相比,山楂叶黄酮组、甜菊糖苷组和复配组68~72周龄生产性能差异不显著(P>0.05).与对照组相比,山楂叶黄酮组、甜菊糖苷组和复配组蛋黄颜色显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,山楂叶黄酮组血清中甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量分别降低22.03%和13.88%(P<0.05);甜菊糖苷组血清中TG和LDL的含量分别降低26.83%和9.80%(P<0.05);复配组血清中TG、LDL和胆固醇(TC)的含量分别降低34.54%、52.65%和28.93%(P<0.05).与对照组相比,山楂叶黄酮组、甜菊糖苷组及复配组肝脏脂滴占比分别降低64.60%、67.60%和81.88%(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮添加山楂叶黄酮和甜菊糖苷对68~72周龄蛋鸡的生产性能无显著影响,但能够改善蛋黄颜色、血清生化指标和肝脏脂肪沉积.
This experiment investigated the effects of hawthorn leaf flavonoids and stevioside on the laying performance,egg quality and serum biochemistry of Jingfen No.6 laying hens.A total of 360 healthy 66-week-old hens were randomly assigned to four groups,each consisting of six replicates with 15 hens per group.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the treatment groups were supplemented with 120 mg/kg hawthorn leaf flavonoids,120 mg/kg stevioside,and 120 mg/kg hawthorn leaf flavonoids+120 mg/kg stevioside in the basal diet.The experiment consisted of a 2-week pre-test period followed by a 4-week main test period.The results showed that compared with the control group,the hawthorn leaf flavonoid,stevioside,and compound groups exhibited no significant differences in the laying performance of 68~72-week-old laying hens(P>0.05).However,egg yolk color was significantly enhanced in all treatment groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in the hawthorn leaf flavonoids group were decreased by 22.03%and 13.88%,respectively(P<0.05).In the stevioside group,the serum TG and LDL levels were reduced by 26.83%and 9.80%,respectively(P<0.05).Notably,in the compound group,the serum levels of TG,LDL,and total cholesterol(TC)were decreased by 34.54%,52.65%,and 28.93%,respectively(P<0.05).Furthermore,compared with the control group,the hepatic lipid droplet content in the hawthorn leaf flavonoid group,stevioside group,and compound group was reduced by 64.60%,67.60%,and 81.88%,respectively(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with hawthorn leaf flavonoids and stevioside did not significantly affect the egg production performance of 68~72-week-old laying hens,but improved egg yolk color,serum biochemical parameters,and liver fat deposition.
