酵母培养物(Yeast culture)是通过多菌种协同发酵技术制备的多功能微生物代谢产物制剂,其核心组分包含功能性氨基酸、β-葡聚糖等多糖类物质、生物活性小肽、酶蛋白复合体及锌硒等复合微量元素,同时集成B族维生素等代谢调节因子.该制剂通过调控瘤胃微生物区系平衡、增强肠道屏障功能、激活抗氧化防御系统等多重作用机制,提升反刍动物生产性能,同步改善宿主免疫稳态与代谢健康,为养殖业带来显著的经济效益.酵母培养物作为一种安全、有效且环保的饲料添加剂,具有替代抗生素的潜力,在反刍动物生产中展现了广阔的应用前景.本文综述了酵母培养物的生物学功能及其对泌乳期奶牛生产性能的影响,以期为酵母培养物在反刍动物精准营养中的创新应用提供理论依据.

Yeast culture is a multifunctional microbial metabolite preparation prepared by multi-strain collaborative fermentation technology.Its core components include functional amino acids,polysaccharides such as β-glucan,small bioactive peptides,enzyme protein complex and complex trace elements such as zinc and selenium,while integrating metabolic regulatory factors such as B vitamins.By regulating rumen microflora balance,enhancing intestinal barrier function and activating antioxidant defense system,this preparation can improve ruminant production performance and simultaneously improve host immune homeostasis and metabolic health,bringing significant economic benefits to the breeding industry.As a safe,effective and environmentally friendly feed additive,yeast culture has the potential to replace antibiotics,and has shown broad application prospects in ruminant production.This paper reviewed the biological function of yeast culture and its effect on the performance of lactating dairy cows,in order to provide theoretical basis for the innovative application of yeast culture in precision nutrition of ruminants.
