节能减排视角下城市河流生态治理分析OACHSSCD

Analysis of Urban River Ecological Governance from the Perspective of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

为探索城市可持续发展路径,解决城市化进程中的河流生态退化难题,从节能减排视角分析城市河流生态治理.分析认为,将节能减排理念贯穿治理全过程,能够有效降低治理活动对环境的二次影响,提升生态修复持续性.基于此,提出从规划制定、污染防控、生态修复、技术应用及监管强化 5 个维度入手,构建河流生态治理体系.

To explore the sustainable development path of cities and solve the problem of river ecological degradation in the process of urbanization,this paper analyzes the ecological governance of urban rivers from the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction.Analysis suggests that incorporating the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction throughout the entire governance process can effectively reduce the secondary impact of governance activities on the environment and enhance the sustainability of ecological restoration.Based on this,it is proposed to construct a river ecological governance system from five dimensions:planning formulation,pollution prevention and control,ecological restoration,technology application,and regulatory strengthening.
