Construction of Ecological Security Supervision Mechanism of Cultivated Land Resources Based on Dynamic Monitoring
针对耕地资源生态退化与监管薄弱问题,依托遥感监测、地理信息系统及多源数据融合技术,构建动态监测驱动的耕地资源生态安全监管机制,旨在提升耕地生态安全治理水平.在典型区域开展实证应用,验证机制在异常变化识别、风险预警与管控响应中的有效性.结果显示,所构建机制具备较强的适应性与操作性,可为耕地保护政策制定与生态文明建设提供技术支撑与制度参考.
In response to the ecological degradation and weak supervision of cultivated land resources,a dynamic monitoring driven mechanism for ecological security supervision of cultivated land resources is constructed based on remote sensing monitoring,geographic information systems,and multi-source data fusion technology,aiming to improve the level of ecological security governance of cultivated land.Conduct empirical applications in typical regions to verify the effectiveness of the mechanism in identifying abnormal changes,risk warning,and control response.The results show that the constructed mechanism has strong adaptability and operability,and can provide technical support and institutional reference for the formulation of farmland protection policies and the construction of ecological civilization.
