深度学习技术在颞骨CT辅助诊断中的应用进展OA

颞骨CT是耳部病变诊疗中必要的检查之一,精准确定耳部疾病的类型,病灶位置及其毗邻结构对于治疗及手术方式的选择具有重要的意义.实际工作中,由于颞骨内部结构精细,有经验的耳鼻喉专业放射科医师相对缺乏,容易造成误诊和漏诊.深度学习辅助诊断技术具有速度快、不疲劳等优点,在CT辅助诊断中发挥着越来越重要的作用.本文通过回顾近年的国内外文献,总结深度学习技术在颞骨关键解剖结构的识别、分割以及相关疾病诊断等方面的成就,并对其在颞骨CT临床应用所面临的挑战以及未来发展的前景进行探讨.

Temporal bone CT is one of the essential tools in the diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases.Accurately determining the type and location of lesions,and their relations to adjacent structures is of significant importance for selecting treatment and surgical approaches.In practice,due to the intricate temporal bone anatomy and relative few experienced otolaryngology radiologists,misdiagnosis and missed diagnoses may occur.Computer-aided deep learning diagnostics offers advantages such as high speed and resistance to fatigue,playing an increasingly important role in temporal bone CT-assisted diagnosis.Remarkable progress has been made in the recognition and segmentation of key temporal bone structures,as well as qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of diseases.This paper reviews domestic and overseas literatures in recent years,summarizes the achievements of deep learning technology in the identification and segmentation of key temporal bone structures,and discusses the challenges faced in the clinical application of temporal bone CT and the prospects of its future development.
