基于数字化传感与智能算法的眼科术后俯卧位智能监测系统研发OA
Development of an intelligent monitoring system based on digital sensing and intelligent algorithms for postoperatively ophthalmic prone position
目的:研发基于数字化传感与智能算法的眼科术后俯卧位智能监测系统,评价其在玻璃体切割手术联合眼内填充术后患者体位管理中的应用效果.方法:采用耳挂式眼科俯卧位检测仪硬件传感单元和移动端应用程序(APP)软件分析平台,设计研发眼科术后俯卧位智能监测系统的眼科俯卧位检测仪对玻璃体切割手术联合眼内填充术患者进行术后体位护理干预.选取2024年11月1日至30日在北京大学人民医院眼科行玻璃体切割手术联合眼内填充术的50例视网膜脱离患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组25例.对照组采用常规体位护理干预,观察组在常规体位护理干预基础上采用基于数字化传感与智能算法的眼科术后俯卧位智能监测系统辅助体位管理,记录两组患者625次体位变化数据,比较两组患者体位偏移发生率和并发症发生率,以及观察组患者设备相关压力性损伤情况.结果:观察组患者625次体位变化数据中,体位偏移发生率为6.72%(42/625),显著低于对照组的20.16%(126/625),差异有统计学意义(x2=48.521,P<0.001);两组患者均未发生术后并发症.观察组患者均未发生压力性损伤.结论:基于数字化传感与智能算法的眼科术后俯卧位智能监测系统,能够精准捕捉患者体位数据,实时识别患者体位偏移,指导患者体位调整,降低患者体位偏移率,其客观和连续的监测数据能够为个体化护理干预提供支持,提升眼科患者术后体位管理效能.
Objective:To develop an intelligent monitoring system based on digital sensing and intelligent algorithms for postoperative prone position,and to evaluate its application effect in posture management for patients underwent vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade.Methods:The hardware sensing unit of ophthalmic detector for prone posture of ear-hook type,and analytic platform of application(APP)software at mobile terminal were adopted to design and develop an intelligent monitoring system for postoperatively ophthalmic prone position to conduct nursing intervention for postoperative posture position of patients who underwent vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade.A total of 50 patients who underwent vitrectomy at Peking University People's Hospital during November 1st and 30th,2024 were selected.Fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25)using a random number table method.The control group adopted conventional posture to conduct nursing intervention,while the observation group adopted intelligent monitoring system based on digital sensing and intelligent algorithms for postoperatively ophthalmic prone position on the basis of nursing intervention with conventional posture.The changed data of 625 times of posture of two groups were recorded,and the incidence of device-related pressure injuries of experiment group was assessed,and the incidences of posture deviation and complication of two groups were compared.Results:In the changed data of 625 times of posture,the incidence of posture deviation in the observation group was 6.72%(42/625),which was significantly lower than that(20.16%,126/625)of the control group,and there was significant difference(x2=48.521,P<0.001).Both two groups did not occur postoperative complications,and all patients of experiment group did not occur pressure injurie.Conclusion:The intelligent monitoring system based on digital sensing and intelligent algorithms for postoperatively ophthalmic prone position can accurately capture posture data of patients,and real-time identify posture deviation of patients,and decrease deviation rate of the posture of patients,and the objective and continuous monitoring data of this system can provide support for individualized nursing intervention,and can enhance the management efficiency for postoperative posture of patients.
