系统生物学在气虚血瘀证候研究中的应用OA
Application of Systems Biology in the Study of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome
气虚血瘀证是中医临床辨证与研究的核心证候.随着中医药现代化进程不断推进,深入揭示这一证候的本质已成为当前的关键课题.该证候的核心病机是元气亏虚导致血行不畅、瘀滞体内,临床表现复杂多样.然而,中医传统的"望、闻、问、切"四诊方法缺乏专属的客观指标,阻碍了气虚血瘀证的精准诊断和疗效评价.多组学技术(基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等)具有从整体视角动态研究生物体的特点,与中医证候"整体观"的内涵高度契合,为从多层次、多角度系统解析气虚血瘀证提供了强有力的工具.本综述旨在总结近年来系统生物学技术在揭示气虚血瘀证形成与发展机制方面的研究进展,进一步优化相关研究方法,深化对证候机制的认识,并为气虚血瘀证的治疗提供新思路.
Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(QDBS)is the core syndrome of clinical differentiation and research in traditional Chinese medicine.With the continuous advancement of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,revealing the essence of this syndrome has become a key issue now.The core pathogenesis of this syndrome is the deficiency of vital energy leading to poor blood circulation and stagnation in the body,with complex and diverse clinical manifestations.However,the traditional four diagnostic methods of"observation,auscultation and olfaction inquiry,and pulse palpation"in traditional Chinese medicine lack exclusive objective indicators,which hinders the accurate diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of QDBS.Multi-omics technologies(genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,etc.)have the characteristic of dynamically studying organisms from a holistic perspective,which is highly compatible with the connotation of the"holistic view"of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,providing a powerful tool for systematically analyzing QDBS from multiple levels and perspectives.This review aims to summarize the research progress of systems biology techniques in revealing the formation and development mechanisms of QDBS in recent years,further optimize relevant research methods,deepen the understanding of syndrome mechanisms,and provide new ideas for the treatment of QDBS.
