新时代园林学科肩负着新的责任与使命,社会对园林专业人才的综合素质与创新实践能力提出了更高要求.文章深入剖析园林专业人才培养面临的主要问题,结合安徽农业大学园林专业的办学基础,探索园林专业"产学研协同"育人体系的改革,系统性地构建以"价值引领"为核心,课程优化、过程协同、平台搭建、师资建设、评价改革"五位一体"的"产学研协同"创新人才培养体系,并取得了良好的育人成效,显著提升了学生的综合素质与创新实践能力,增强了毕业生的就业竞争力,为新时代地方农业院校应用型专业的人才培养提供了有益参考.

In the new era,the discipline of landscape architecture bears new responsibilities and missions,as society imposes higher requirements on the comprehensive quality and innovative practical capabilities of landscape architecture professionals.This paper thoroughly analyzes the key challenges in cultivating landscape architecture talents and,drawing on the educational foundation of the Landscape Architecture program at Anhui Agricultural University,explores and implements reforms to the"industry-university-research(I-U-R)collaboration"talent training system.It systematically constructs an innovative I-U-R collaborative talent development framework centered on"value guidance",supported by five core pillars:curriculum optimization,process synergy,platform construction,faculty development,and evaluation reform.The reforms have yielded remarkable educational outcomes:students'comprehensive quality and innovative practical abilities have been significantly enhanced,graduates'employability has been strengthened,and valuable insights have been provided for talent training in applied programs at local agricultural universities in the new era.
