从耳与眼相关性探讨耳穴压丸防控近视的机制OA
Exploring the Mechanism of Auricular Acupressure in Myopia Prevention and Con-trol from the Perspective of Ear and Eye Correlation
中医诊疗技术在防控近视工作中有独特优势,而耳穴压丸在诸多临床研究中被证实是防控近视的有效方法之一,但其中机制尚不明确.本研究通过梳理中医经典理论与现代医学前沿成果,构建了耳与眼相关性的多维解析框架.基于中医基础理论,从"经络学说"的循行、"藏象学说"的功能调节以及"气血津液"理论的物质基础3个维度论证耳部穴位对眼部生理病理的调控作用;并结合现代医学深入探讨神经解剖学的神经调节、"神经-体液调控学说""穴位敏化学说""生物控制论学说"等微观机制,认为耳穴压丸通过刺激特定耳部反应点,能够有效调节中枢神经系统兴奋性,缓解睫状肌痉挛、改善局部血液循环,进而抑制眼轴异常增长,为临床优化选穴方案及推广非药物疗法提供了新的理论依据.
Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diagnostic and treatment techniques possess unique advantages in myopia prevention and control.Auricular acupressure has been confirmed as an effective method in numerous clinical studies,yet its underlying mechanism remains unclear.This study constructed a multidimensional analytical framework for the correlation between ear and eye by integrating classical TCM theories and modern medical advances.Based on foundational TCM theories,the regulatory effect of auricular points on ocular physiology and pathology was demonstrated from three dimensions:The meridian pathways of the"Jingluo Theory",the functional regulation of the"Zangxiang Theory",and the material basis of the"Qi,Blood,and Body Fluids Theory".Combined with modern medicine,the study delved into micro-mechanisms including the neural regulatory connections suggested by"Neuroanatomy",the"Neuro-humoral Regulation Theory","Acupoint Sensitization Theory"and"Biocybernetics Theory".It is proposed that auricular acupressure,by stimulating specific auricular reflex points,can effectively regulate central nervous system excitability,relieve ciliary muscle spasm,improve local blood circulation,and thereby inhibit abnormal axial elongation.This provides a new theoretical basis for optimizing clinical acupoint selection protocols and promoting non-pharmacological therapies.
