Construction and Interpretation of Competency Model for Online Course Construction of University Teachers:Research Based on Grounded Coding and Delphi Method

高校教师作为打造优质教育资源的"核心行动者",肩负建设好在线课程的重要使命,其在线课程建设能力是必须发展的重要课程胜任力.基于此,研究以胜任力为视角,聚焦高校教师在线课程建设胜任力模型构建,在扎根编码技术指导下对 90 余份政策文件和研究文献进行质性分析,历经开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择式编码,析出高校教师在线课程建设胜任力模型的初步构成要素.进而,利用德尔菲法对 23 名专家开展两轮胜任力要素咨询与修正,最终构建出包含 3 个一级要素、9 个二级要素和 29 个三级要素的高校教师在线课程建设胜任力模型.最后,分别从建设意识域、建设知识域、建设能力域三维出发,对模型各要素进行内涵阐释,并从效用逻辑、表征逻辑和类型逻辑三个方面探寻模型的内在逻辑.

As the"core actors"in building high-quality educational resources,college teachers should shoulder the important mission of building online courses,and their online course construction level is an important course competency that must be developed in the new period.Based on this,the research focuses on the competency model construction of online course construction for college teachers from the perspective of competency.Under the guidance of grounded coding technology,more than 90 policy documents and research documents are qualitatively analyzed.After open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,the preliminary components of online course construction competency model for college teachers are separated out.Furthermore,23 experts were consulted and revised by Delphi method for two rounds,and finally a competency model of online course construction for college teachers was constructed,which included 3 first-level elements,9 second-level elements and 29 third-level elements.Finally,from the three dimensions of building consciousness domain,building knowledge domain and building ability domain,the connotation of each element of the model is explained,and the internal logic of the model is explored from three aspects:utility logic,representation logic and type logic.
