为探究高活性腐殖酸土壤调理剂[有机物总含量(w,后同)≥65%,游离腐殖酸含量≥25%]在辣椒种植中的应用价值与土壤改良效应,以常规施肥为对照(CK),设 4 个处理组:T1(常规施肥+40 kg·667 m-²石灰氮)、T2~T4(常规施肥分别配施 80、120、160 kg·667 m-²腐殖酸土壤调理剂),分析其对辣椒生长、产量、品质及土壤理化性质的影响.结果表明,与CK和T1处理相比,施用高活性腐殖酸调理剂可显著促进辣椒生长,提升产量和品质,并改善土壤肥力与酶活性,其中以T3处理效果最优.辣椒株高、茎粗较CK分别提高10.29%、7.65%;产量较CK和T1处理分别显著提高6.76%、5.68%;土壤铵态氮、有效磷含量较CK分别提高34.51%、11.98%,脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性较CK提高10.92%~26.17%;果实维生素C和可溶性糖含量较CK分别提高22.85%、38.10%.综上,高活性腐殖酸调理剂可通过构建"土壤调理剂-施肥-辣椒生长-土壤质量"协同关系,优化土壤有效养分供给与酶活性,进而有效提升辣椒产量与品质.T3处理(常规施肥+120 kg·667 m-²腐殖酸土壤调理剂)可在当地辣椒优质高效生产中推广应用.

To explore the application value and soil improvement effects of high-activity humic acid soil conditioner(total organic matter content≥65%,free humic acid content≥25%)in pepper cultivation,conventional fertilization was used as the control(CK),and four treatment groups were set up:T1(conventional fertilization+40 kg·667 m-2 calcium cyana-mide),T2-T4(conventional fertilization combined with 80,120,and 160 kg·667 m-2 humic acid soil conditioner,respec-tively).The effects on pepper growth,yield,quality,and soil physicochemical properties were analyzed.The results showed that compared with CK and T1 treatment,the application of high-activity humic acid conditioner significantly pro-moted pepper growth,increased yield and quality,and improved soil fertility and enzyme activity,with T3 treatment show-ing the best results.The plant height and stem diameter of pepper increased by 10.29%and 7.65%,respectively,compared with CK;the yield significantly increased by 6.76%and 5.68%compared with CK and T1 treatment,respectively;the soil ammonium nitrogen and available phosphorus content increased by 34.51%and 11.98%,respectively,compared with CK,and the activity of urease,alkaline phosphatase,and sucrase increased by 10.92%-26.17%compared with CK;the vitamin C and soluble sugar content of fruits increased by 22.85%and 38.10%,respectively,compared with CK.In summary,high-activity humic acid soil conditioner can optimize soil available nutrient supply and enzyme activity by establishing a synergistic relationship of"soil conditioner-fertilization-pepper growth-soil quality",thereby effectively improving pepper yield and quality.T3 treatment(conventional fertilization+120 kg·667 m-2 humic acid soil conditioner)can be promoted and applied in the high-quality and efficient production of local pepper.
