Effect of Adding Different Microbial Agents on Soil Ecological Environment and Yield Under Soybean/Corn Strip Intercropping

为探究大豆/玉米带状复种下添加不同微生物菌剂对土壤生态环境和产量的影响,以大豆品种'冀豆12'和玉米品种'MC121'为材料,分别设置常规施肥(CF)、添加芽孢杆菌菌剂(BAC)、生物磷钾肥(BPA)、复合微生物菌剂(CMA)、土壤修复菌剂(SRM)、ARC微生物菌剂(ARC)共计6个施肥处理,分析不同处理下土壤理化指标与土壤微生物的多样性及种群结构,并进一步比较不同处理下大豆玉米产量结构的差异.结果表明,与CF相比,BAC处理的土壤有效磷含量显著提高27.20%,BPA处理的速效钾含量显著提高53.33%,CMA处理的有机质含量显著提高16.67%,ARC处理的全氮含量显著提高19.67%,且土壤细菌的Chao指数、Ace指数和Sobs指数最高,分别为4 252.52、4 369.57、3 422.00;5个生物菌肥处理的大豆产量提高6.90%~32.73%,玉米产量提高1.24%~14.58%.综上,与常规施肥相比,添加微生物菌剂,包括芽孢杆菌菌剂、生物磷钾肥、复合微生物菌剂、土壤修复菌剂和ARC微生物菌剂,均能影响土壤理化性质,提高土壤细菌的丰富度及多样性,进而达到促进作物增产的效果.综合土壤理化性质、微生物丰度以及作物产量来看,添加生物磷钾肥处理的效果最佳.

In order to explore the effects of adding different microbial agents on soil ecological environment and yield under soybean/maize strip intercropping,soybean variety'Jidou 12'and corn variety'MC121'were used as materials,and 6 fertilization treatments were set including conventional fertilization(CF),adding Bacillus bactericide(BAC),bio-phosphate potassium fertilizer(BPA),complex microbial agent(CMA),soil remediation agent(SRM),ARC microbial inoculant(ARC).The soil physicochemical indexes and the microbial diversity and population structure under different treatments were analyzed.And the yields of soybean and maize under different treatments were determined.The results showed that,compared with CF treatment,the available phosphorus content in soil of BAC treatment was significantly increased by 27.20%,the available potassium content of BPA treatment was significantly increased by 53.33%,and the organic matter content of CMA treatment was significantly increased by 16.67%,the total nitrogen content of ARC treatment was significantly increased by 19.67%,and the Chao index,Ace index and Sobs index of ARC treatment were the highest with 4 252.52,4 369.57 and 3 422.00,respectively.The yields of soybean and corn of microbial agent treatments increased by 6.90%~32.73%and 1.24%~14.58%compared with CF treatment.To sum up,compared with conventional fertilization,the adding of microbial inoculants including Bacillus inoculants,biophosphatic and potassium fertilizers,composite microbial inoculants,soil remediation inoculants and ARC microbial inoculants could affect the soil physicochemical properties,improve the richness and diversity of soil bacteria,and increase yields of soybean and corn.According to the comprehensive effect of soil physicochemical properties,microbial abundance and crop yield,BPA fertilization treatment had the best effect.
