为探究不同采收期对鲜食葡萄贮藏期品质的影响,确定甘肃张掖产区'龙眼'葡萄最佳采收期,在'龙眼'葡萄成熟度监测的基础上,分不同时期采收,用1.5%羧甲基壳聚糖涂膜保鲜处理后贮藏,通过对可溶性固形物、还原糖、可滴定酸、腐烂率、失重率等指标测定,以贮藏期各指标的变化率为评价响应值,探究不同采收期对葡萄贮藏保鲜效果的影响.结果表明,采收期Ⅱ(10月12日)的葡萄在贮藏过程中,失重率和腐烂率最低,分别为10.07%和34.07%;还原糖、可溶性固形物和硬度下降最慢,下降率分别为10.1%、5.6%和29.8%.以上表明,张掖地区'龙眼'葡萄于10月12日进行采收,其贮藏性能强.

To explore the impact of diverse harvest periods on the quality of table grapes during storage and determine the optimal harvest period for'Longan'grapes in the Zhangye production area of Gansu province,based on the maturity monitoring of'Longan'grapes,they were harvested at various times and treated with 1.5%carboxymethyl chitosan for coating and preservation during storage.By measuring indicators such as total soluble solids,reducing sugar,titratable acid,rot rate and weight loss ratio,the change rates of each indicator during the storage period were as the evaluation response values,and the effects of different harvest periods on the preservation efficacy of grape storage were investigated.The results demonstrated that the grapes harvested in period Ⅱ(October 12th)had the lowest weight loss rate and rot rate during storage,which were 10.07%and 34.07%,respectively;the decline rates of reducing sugar,total soluble solids and hardness were the slowest,which were 10.1%,5.6%and 29.8%,respectively.The'Longan'grapes in the Zhangye area should be harvested on October 12th,as they should possess strong storage performance.
