为建立远志资源品质的综合评价方法,以山西省中药材种质资源圃中的14份4年生远志育种材料为研究对象,通过测定其农艺性状与指标成分,采用变异系数分析、相关性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析、多元线性回归分析和隶属函数分析对远志资源的品质进行综合评价.结果表明,远志的地上部农艺性状、指标成分含量具有明显差异,平均变异系数分别为15.81%、4.24%.相关性分析表明,各性状间具有较强的相关性,有44对性状间呈极显著相关(P<0.01)、17对性状间呈显著相关(P<0.05).聚类分析表明,远志(山)酮Ⅲ与茎粗聚为一类,细叶远志皂苷和根重的距离最近,3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖与叶疏密、根分支的距离最近;主成分分析将所有指标简化为7个主成分,其累积贡献率达87.611%,包含了远志品质指标的大部分信息;采用主成分综合评价函数和多元线性回归分析法综合分析得出13个评价远志品质的关键性指标,分别为木芯重、叶长、根粗、韧皮部厚度、细叶远志皂苷、叶宽、花色、茎显色、花疏密、生长习性、根分支、茎分支和茎粗等;利用关键指标对14份远志材料进行隶属函数分析和排名,分析结果与主成分综合评价函数的结果一致.从14份远志资源中筛选出5份综合表现良好的核心种质,研究结果为远志育种提供重要参考.

To establish a comprehensive method for evaluating the quality of various Polygala tenuifolia resources,14 4-year-old Polygala tenuifolia breeding materials from the germplasm resource nursery of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanxi province were studied.The agronomic traits and index components were determined.Several analytical methods including coefficient of variation analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and membership function analysis were employed to comprehensively assess the quality of Polygala tenuifolia resources.The results showed that there were significant differences in the agronomic traits of above-ground parts and index component content of Polygala tenuifolia,with the average coefficient of variation of 15.81%and 4.24%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there was a strong correlation among the traits,with 44 pairs of traits showing a extremely significant correlation(P<0.01)and 17 pairs of traits showing significant correlation(P<0.05).Cluster analysis showed that polygalaxanthone Ⅲ was in the same group as the stem coarseness,the distance between saponin and root weight was the closest,and the distance between 3,6'-disinosinoylsucrose and leaf density,root branches was the closest.Through principal component analysis,all the indicators could be simplified into 7 principal components,and their cumulative contribution rate was 87.611%,which contained most of the information of Polygala tenuifolia quality index.13 key indexes were obtained using the principal component comprehensive evaluation function and multiple linear regression analysis method,which were core weight,leaf length,root thickness,phloem thickness,fine leaf saponin,leaf width,flower color,stem color development,flower density,growth habit,root branch,stem branch and stem diameter.The membership function analysis and ranking of 14 Polygala tenuifolia materials were carried out by using the key indicators,and the analysis results were consistent with the results of the principal component comprehensive evaluation function.5 core germplasms with good comprehensive performance were selected from 14 Polygala tenuifolia resources,which provided an important reference for polygala tenuifolia breeding.
