为综合评价不同芦笋品种(系)的耐高温性和筛选评价指标,以35℃作为高温胁迫温度,采用34份芦笋品种(系)为材料进行发芽试验.通过考察萌发期不同芦笋品种(系)种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、苗鲜重、胚根长、胚芽长等相关性状,利用主成分分析、隶属函数分析、聚类分析和逐步回归分析等方法进行综合评价.结果表明,34份芦笋品种(系)可被系统聚类分析分为4个级别:Ⅰ级为耐高温型,包含5个品种(系);Ⅱ级为较耐高温型,包含12个品种(系);Ⅲ 级为中间型,包含5个品种(系);Ⅳ级为不耐高温型,包含12个品种(系).逐步回归分析表明,相对发芽势、相对胚根长和相对发芽率3个指标可用于芦笋萌发期耐高温鉴定的正相关指标,指标值越大,耐高温性越强,筛选出C28为耐高温性最强品系,可作为芦笋耐高温育种和耐高温性机制研究的重要资源.

In order to comprehensively evaluate the high temperature resistance and screening evaluation indexes of different asparagus varieties(lines),35℃was used as the high temperature stress temperature,and 34 asparagus varieties(lines)were used as experimental materials.The germination potential,germination rate,germination index,fresh weight,root length,bud length and other related traits of different asparagus varieties(lines)were measured at germination stage,and comprehensive evaluation was carried out by principal component analysis,membership function analysis,cluster analysis and stepwise regression analysis.The results showed that 34 asparagus varieties(lines)could be divided into 4 groups by cluster analysis.The group Ⅰ was high temperature resistance,which included 5 varieties(lines);the group Ⅱ contained 12 varieties(lines)with more high temperature resistance;the group Ⅲ was intermediate that contained 5 varieties(lines);the group Ⅳ contained 12 varieties(lines)with high temperature sensitive.The stepwise regression analysis showed that relative germination potential,relative root length and relative germination rate could be used as the positive index of high temperature identification at germination stage of asparagus,and the greater the index value,the stronger the high temperature resistance.C28 was selected as the most resistant line,which could be used as an important resource for high temperature resistance breeding and mechanism research of high temperature resistance of asparagus.
