计及碳减排的交直流配电网分布式电源和储能优化配置OA
Optimal configuration of distributed generation and energy storage considering carbon emission reduction in AC/DC distribution network
针对经济性及电网运行约束对分布式电源和储能优化配置的问题,提出了一种计及碳减排的双层规划模型.首先,以综合年费用最小为目标函数,对分布式电源和储能容量进行优化;其次,以负荷波动最小为目标函数,对储能系统出力进行优化配置;最后,采用模拟退火天牛群算法,并将IEEE33节点交流配电网改为38节点交直流配电网,通过仿真分析验证了该模型和方法的有效性.仿真结果表明经过优化配置后,可以有效降低综合年费用及碳排放,同时抑制负荷波动.
Considering the economic and grid operation constraints on the optimal allocation of distributed generation and energy storage,a bilevel programming model considering carbon emission reduction is proposed.Firstly,taking the minimum comprehensive annual cost as the objective function,the distributed generation and energy storage capacity are optimized;Secondly,taking the minimum load fluctuation as the objective function,the output of the energy storage system is optimized;Finally,the simulated annealing Taurus algorithm is adopted,and the ieee33 node AC distribution network is changed to 38 node AC and DC distribution network.The effectiveness of the model and method is verified by simulation analysis.The simulation results show that after optimized configuration,the comprehensive annual cost and carbon emissions can be effectively reduced,while suppressing load fluctuations.
