现有铀矿采冶装备在感知、控制、通信及本体智能化方面存在明显不足,通过系统阐述硬岩型与砂岩型铀矿的采、运、选、冶全流程专用装备体系,提出了差异化升级路径,并结合群井水位法布里-珀罗腔传感系统、地下矿岩智能转运系统、超高扬程浸出液提升系统等典型成果,展示了感知-决策-执行闭环的实现效果.这些智能化技术显著提升了铀矿采冶效率与安全性,可为铀矿资源高效开发提供有力支撑.

Current uranium mining and metallurgy equipment faces significant shortcomings in percep-tion,control,communication,and machine intelligence.This paper systematically elaborates on the dedicated equipment system for the entire process from mining,hauling,beneficiation,to hydrometal-lurgy of both hard-rock and sandstone-type uranium deposits.Based on this analysis,differentiated upgrade paths were proposed.Representative achievements,such as the group-well water-level Fabry-Perot cavity sensor system,the underground intelligent ore transfer system for mined rock,and the ultra-high-lift leaching solution pumping system,demonstrate the implementation of a closed-loop framework integrating sensing,decision-making,and execution.Results indicate that intelligent tech-nologies significantly enhance the efficiency and safety of uranium mining and metallurgy,providing strong technical support for the efficient development of uranium resources in China.
