哈萨克斯坦某古河道砂岩型铀矿浸出液铀质量浓度下降至15~20 mg/L,部分开采单元回收率达不到设计要求,钻孔超期服役率超过50%,严重制约矿山经济效益及可持续运营.针对上述问题,提出并实施了技术改进措施:在酸化期引入氧化剂,以加快达到铀浓度峰值并延长高铀浓度持续时间;建立钻井全生命周期质量管理体系,提高钻井使用寿命;实施超前勘探工程,新增控制级及探明级资源量;对回收率低的单元或存在多层矿体的单元进行二次开发.研究表明,所采取的强化浸出措施行之有效,可显著提升资源利用率,降低单位生产成本,延长矿山服役年限,从而保障矿山的经济可行性与可持续发展.

One of Kazakhstan's paleo-channel sandstone uranium deposit has reduced uranium concen-trations(15-20 mg/L)and over 50%of wells exceeding their service life,affecting economic perform-ance and sustainability.To address these problems,technical measures were implemented:used oxi-dants during acidification to boost uranium concentration peaks and maintain higher levels;established a full-life cycle quality management system to increase the service life of drilling wells;carried out ad-vanced exploration to increase indicated and measured resources;and remined the low-recovery or multilayered orebodies.The results show these measures effectively improve resource recovery,lower operating cost,and extend mine life,supporting economic feasibility and sustainable operation.
