高负荷密度区域电网短路电流水平与源-网-荷结构的耦合关系量化研究OA
Quantitative Research on the Coupling Between Short-circuit Current Level and Source-grid-load Structure in High Load Density Regional Power Grid
短路电流超标问题已经成为高负荷密度地区电网的主要运行风险.论文以负荷密度和电源分布为独立变量,采用参数化建模和基于最大流的网络功率流分析方法,建立一套适用于短路电流水平理论评估的网格式电网规划理论模型.提出量化评估负荷密度、本地同步电源占比、区外直流馈入占比等关键要素对短路电路水平影响的系统方法.基于所建立的理论模型,定量分析高负荷密度区域短路电流水平和分布的变化规律,并对比测算减少站间联络、降低本地电源占比、优化电网结构等措施对区域短路电流水平的控制效果.结果对高负荷密度地区电网规划层面的短路电流水平分析和控制具有较好的参考价值.
Excessive short-circuit current(SCC)has become a core operation risk in power systems of high load density areas.With the load density and power source distribution as independent variables,this paper proposes a parametric modeling method to generate the theoretical grid structure,where the network power flow analysis is obtained by the maximum flow algorithm.On this basis,a systematic method is established to quantitatively evaluate the impact of key factors on the SCC level,including the load density,the proportion of local synchronous generator,and the proportion of external DC power injection.Based on the theoretical model,variation patterns of the SCC level and distribution in high load density areas is analyzed.Furthermore,a series of planning countermeasures,including reducing the tie lines,reducing local synchronous generators,optimizing the network topology etc.,are evaluated for their effectiveness in reducing SCC.The study provides a good reference for power grid planning in high load density areas considering the SCC level controlling.
