微纳米溶氧技术在地浸采铀中的应用研究OA

新疆某砂岩型铀矿床含矿含水层渗透性差,钻井运行水量小.采用"CO2+O2"中性浸出工艺时,氧气加入困难,矿层中的U(Ⅳ)氧化效率低,导致铀资源浸采率低.为解决该问题,研制了一种高效微纳米加氧装置.研究表明,该装置可为低渗透、低水量钻井稳定持续加入氧气.在浸出剂补加NH4HCO3和CO2浓度不变的条件下,与传统单井加氧相比,采用微纳米加氧时,浸出液铀浓度提升了35.95%,增加了矿层的氧化能力,氧气单耗降低了 20.16%,月度浸采率提升了 60.00%.

The ore-bearing aquifer in a sandstone-type uranium deposit in Xinjiang has poor permeabili-ty and small amount of water in the well.When using the"CO2+O2"neutral leaching process,it is difficult to add oxygen,and the oxidation efficiency of U(Ⅳ)in the ore is low,resulting in a low leac-hing rate of uranium resources.To solve this problem,an efficient micro-nano oxygenation device was developed.The results show that this device can add oxygen steadily and continuously to the low per-meability and low water well.Under the condition that the leaching agent is supplemented with NH4HCO3 and the CO2 concentration is unchanged,compared with the traditional single well oxygen-ation,the concentration in the leaching solution increased by 35.95%,the oxidation capacity of the ore layer was increased,the oxygen consumption was reduced by 20.16%,and the monthly leaching rate was increased by 60.00%during micro-nano oxygenation.
