速愈乐对混合痔患者术后疼痛及肛缘水肿的影响OA

Objective To explore the effects of wound care ointment(Suile)on postoperative pain and anal margin edema in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)for mixed hemorrhoids at Pengzhou People's Hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Both groups underwent the same surgical procedure.The control group received routine disinfection and dressing change with iodophor after surgery,while the observation group was additionally treated with Suile on the basis of iodophor disinfection.The levels of anal pain and anal margin edema at different time points after surgery were compared between the two groups.The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to assess anal pain.Results There was no significant difference in the VAS scores of the anus between the two groups at 24 hours after surgery(P>0.05).On the 3rd,5th,and 7th days after surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).There were no significant difference in the anal margin edema scores between the two groups at 24 hours and on the 3rd day after surgery(P>0.05).On the 5th and 7th days after surgery,the anal margin edema scores of the observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Suile can effectively relieve postop-erative pain and reduce anal margin edema in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,with significant clinical efficacy.
