为解决转炉煤气绿色高值化利用中的能量转换与经济效益问题,对转炉汽化烟道喷煤工艺开展了系统理论分析与经济效益评估.研究结合试验数据,深入解析了该工艺的能量转换机制,并量化计算了经济效益.结果表明:该工艺利用转炉烟气中的氧气与显热,可使煤粉分解并转化为高品质煤气,同时将部分显热转化为有效能源.这一过程不仅显著提升了经济效益、增强了减碳潜力,而且不影响现有工艺运行.相比煤粉直燃超超临界机组,该工艺在能量回收与经济效益方面均有所提升.

To address the issues of energy conversion and economic benefits in the green and high-value utilization of converter gas,a systematic theoretical analysis and economic evaluation were conducted on the coal injection process in the converter evaporation cooling uptake.Combining experimental data,the study thoroughly examined the energy conversion mechanism of this process and quantitatively calculated its economic benefits.The results indicate that by utilizing the oxygen and sensible heat in the converter flue gas,this process enables pulverized coal to decompose and convert into high-quality gas while transforming part of the sensible heat into effective energy.This process not only significantly enhances economic efficiency and increases carbon reduction potential but also does not affect existing process operations.Compared with pulverized coal direct combustion in ultra-supercritical units,this process demonstrates improvements in both energy recovery and economic benefits.
