重组人干扰素α2b联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎的临床研究OA
Clinical Study on Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Combined with Fructose 1,6-Diphosphate in Treatment of Children with Rotavirus Enteritis
目的:探讨重组人干扰素 α2b(RHIα2b)联合 1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)的临床疗效及对心肌的保护作用.方法:选取2023年1月至2024年12月我科收治的80例RVE患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组采用RHIα2b治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用FDP.比较2组临床疗效、免疫功能、心肌酶谱、住院相关指标及安全性.结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值均高于对照组(P<0.05),心肌酶谱CK、CK-MB、LDH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组住院时间、止泻时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),2组脱水纠正时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组均未见不良反应.结论:RHIα2b联合FDP可改善RVE患儿免疫功能,减轻心肌损伤,促进康复,且安全性良好.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α2b(RHIα2b)combined with fructose 1,6-diphosphate(FDP)in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis(RVE)and its protective effect on myocardium.Methods A total of 80 children with RVE admitted to our department from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with RHIα2b alone,while the observation group was given FDP in combination with RHIα2b.The clinical efficacy,immune function,myocardial enzyme spectrum,hospitalization-related indicators and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the myocardial enzyme spectrum were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and antidiarrheal time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the dehydration correction time between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α2b combined with fructose 1,6-diphosphate can improve the immune function of children with RVE,reduce myocardial injury,promote recov-ery,and has favorable safety.
