钢铁行业作为高能耗产业,空压机组的高效运行对保障生产稳定与降低能源消耗至关重要.针对淮钢1#空压站存在的能耗高、压力波动大、管控效率低等问题,提出了基于多机组协同智能调控技术与PLC辅助控制系统的解决方案.通过实际应用验证了该方案在实现空压机组高效协同控制、降低系统能耗、稳定管网压力等方面的成效,并分析了节能降耗效益.

As a high-energy-consuming industry,the efficient operation of air compressor units is crucial for ensuring stable production and reducing energy consumption in the steel industry.To address the issues of high energy consumption,significant pressure fluctuations,and low man-agement efficiency in Huaisteel's 1#air compressor station,a solution based on multi-unit coopera-tive intelligent control technology and a PLC-assisted control system was proposed.Practical appli-cation verified the effectiveness of this solution in achieving efficient coordinated control of air com-pressor units,reducing system energy consumption,stabilizing pipeline network pressure,and ana-lyzed its energy-saving and consumption-reduction benefits.
