Causes and Solutions for Blockage of Feedwater Control Valves in Newly Built 100 MW Units
针对新建100 MW机组给水调节阀的堵塞问题,分析了堵塞的成因,主要包括施工残留物、管道锈蚀、氧化膜脱落、调节阀结构设计及运行方式等因素,提出了相应的解决办法,包括严格控制给水pH、调整运行压力、定期清理设备以及改进调节阀结构等.
Addressing the blockage issue of feedwater control valves in newly built 100 MW units,the causes of blockage were analyzed,mainly including construction residue,pipeline corro-sion,oxide film shedding,control valve structural design,and operation mode.Corresponding solu-tions were proposed,including strictly controlling feedwater pH,adjusting operating pressure,regu-lar equipment cleaning,and improving the control valve structure.
