某超临界锅炉爆管泄漏原因分析及应对措施OA
Cause Analysis and Countermeasures for Tube Burst and Leakage in a Supercritical Boiler
某电厂600 MW超临界发电机组参与深度调峰过程中发生了高温过热器进口管屏与垂直水冷壁上集箱管座爆管泄漏问题.通过对这两起事故的分析,发现高温过热器进口管屏爆管的主要原因是过热器氧化皮脱落及检修过程中切割杂质堵塞节流短管,导致局部过热超温;垂直水冷壁上集箱管座泄漏的主要原因是集箱与相连的水冷壁管之间存在交变应力,形成疲劳破坏,致使管座受力开裂.针对这两起事故,已制定相应应对措施,可为其他火电机组的运行提供参考.
During the participation of a 600 MW supercritical generating unit in a power plant in deep peak regulation,tube burst and leakage incidents occurred at the inlet tube panel of the high-temperature superheater and the nozzle seat on the upper header of the vertical water-cooled wall.Through the analysis of these two incidents,it was found that the main cause of the tube burst at the inlet tube panel of the high-temperature superheater was the shedding of superheater oxide scale and the blockage of throttle stub tubes by cutting impurities during maintenance,leading to lo-cal overheating and overtemperature.The main cause of the nozzle seat leakage on the upper header of the vertical water-cooled wall was the alternating stress between the header and the connected water-cooled wall tubes,forming fatigue damage and causing the nozzle seat to crack under stress.Corresponding countermeasures have been formulated for these two incidents,which can provide ref-erence for the operation of other thermal power units.
