复方苦参注射液在晚期结直肠癌化疗中的应用效果及对患者免疫功能的影响OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection in chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer(CRC)and its impact on patients'immune function.Meth-ods A total of 96 patients with advanced CRC admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to January 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups received chemotherapy with the FOLFOX6 regimen,and the observation group was addi-tionally given Compound Kushen Injection during chemotherapy.The overall clinical efficacy,immune function indicators(levels of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ratio)before and after treatment,tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)and CA19-9],as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The objective response rate(ORR)of the observation group was 75.0%,which was higher than 54.17%of the control group.The disease control rate(DCR)of the observation group was 95.83%,also higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statisti-cally significant differences in the immune function indicators(levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ratio)or the levels of CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the con-trol group,while levels of CD8+,CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the clinical efficacy of advanced CRC,enhance patients'immune function,reduce the levels of tumor markers and the incidence of adverse reactions.
