术后早期炎性肠梗阻中药灌肠组方用药规律数据挖掘研究OA

Objective To analyze the formulation and medication rules of Chinese medicinal retention enema for early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO)using data mining technol-ogy.Methods Relevant literatures on the treatment of EPISBO with Chinese medicinal retention enema were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang and VIP databases.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a formula database of Chinese medicinal retention enema for EPISBO was constructed and entered into IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 for association rule analysis and cluster analysis of the data.Results A total of 50 Chinese medicinal formulas were included,involving 64 types of Chinese medici-nals.The efficacy of Chinese medicinals were mainly purgation,regulating qi,clearing heat,tonifying defi-ciency,activating blood and resolving blood stasis.Total 20 types of Chinese medicinals appeared≥7 times,among which Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma),Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),Zhishi(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus),Mangxiao(Natrii Sulfas),and Taoren(Persicae Semen)appeared more frequently.The properties were mainly cold,slightly cold,warm and slightly warm,the flavors were mainly bitter and pun-gent,and the meridian tropisms were mainly the spleen,stomach,large intestine and liver meridians.Total 12 association rules of medicinal groups were obtained by association rule analysis,and 4 types of core formulas were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion In the treatment of EPISBO,purgation and removing accumulation to dredge Fu-organs are the main methods.The core formula is Dachengqi Decoction,combined with the methods of resolving dampness,promoting qi movement,activating blood and resolving blood stasis,tonifying deficiency and clearing heat to treat both the symptoms and the root causes.
