城市群工业用地供给的经济效应与外溢边界比较研究OACHSSCD
Comparative Study on Economic Effects and Spillover Boundaries of Industrial Land Supply in Urban Agglomerations
文章利用长三角、京津冀、成渝和珠三角四大城市群2009-2021年的工业用地供给及经济发展数据,采用静态和动态空间杜宾模型、阈值调节逐步回归分析,探索基于城市群协同背景下的土地供给对经济增长的影响机理,并测度外溢效应边界.结果表明:①不同发展水平的城市群,其工业用地供给对经济增长的直接效应与外溢效应存在差异.②对于不同发展水平的城市群,工业用地供给经济绩效的空间外溢效应随距离增加的变化趋势不同.③长三角、京津冀、成渝和珠三角城市群的工业用地外溢边界测算结果分别为城市半径的2.6倍、1.7倍、1.5倍和3.0倍.未来城市群的工业用地配置应注重推动工业用地与产业升级耦合发展,实施差异化的工业用地供给政策,建立土地供给指标与城市群发展的互动机制.
Based on the industrial land supply and economic development data of the four major urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Chengdu-Chongqing and Pearl River Delta from 2009 to 2021,this paper adopts static and dynamic spatial Durbin models and threshold adjustment step wise regression analysis to explore the influence mechanism of land supply on economic growth based on the collaborative background of urban agglomerations,and measures the spillover effect boundaries.The results show that:①The direct and spillover effects of industrial land supply on economic growth are different in urban agglomerations with different development levels.②For urban agglomerations with different development levels,the spatial spillover effect of industrial land supply economic performance changes with the increase of distance.③The industrial land spillover boundary of the Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Chengdu-Chongqing and Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations are 2.6 times,1.7 times,1.5 times and 3.0 times of the city radius,respectively.In the future,the allocation of industrial land in urban agglomerations should focus on promoting the coupling development of industrial land and industrial upgrading,implementing differentiated industrial land supply policies,and establishing an interactive mechanism between land supply indicators and the development of urban agglomerations.
