针对大型钢铁企业"一总部多基地"管控模式下存在的安全监管碎片化、委外管理薄弱、风险预警滞后等痛点,基于工业互联网技术构建了智慧安全穿透式监管体系.该体系以"云-边-端"三层架构为核心,融合5G、物联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术,实现了对全域安全数据的汇聚与穿透式管理.通过部署人员定位、环境监测、智能预警等系统,并在煤焦化等高危区域实施专项管控,形成了"全域覆盖、分级管控、精准预警"的新型安全治理模式,为钢铁行业安全数字化转型提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式.

Addressing the pain points in the"one headquarters,multiple bases"management and control model of large iron and steel enterprises,such as fragmented safety supervision,weak outsourced management,and lagging risk warnings,a smart security penetrating supervision system was constructed based on Industrial Internet technology.With the"cloud-edge-device"three-tier architecture as its core and integrating new-generation information technologies like 5G,IoT,big data,and AI,this system achieves the aggregation and penetrating management of global safety data.By deploying personnel positioning,environmental monitoring,intelligent warning systems,and implementing special controls in high-risk areas such as coking,a new safety governance model characterized by"global coverage,hierarchical control,and precise warning"has been formed,pro-viding a replicable and scalable practical paradigm for the digital safety transformation of the iron and steel industry.
