The blast furnace blower is a key equipment for large blast furnaces,and its stable operation is crucial.Before the transformation,the equipment faced high risks due to its single-point operation mode,which could easily lead to unplanned shutdowns and parameter misinterpreta-tion,resulting in significant economic losses.The research clarified the transformation objectives covering four aspects,which are functionality,technology,economy,and environmental protec-tion,and specifically implemented transformation measures such as power supply,shutdown inter-locking,and hardware configuration.By adopting a"one-out-of-two"detection scheme and a"two-out-of-three"critical voting technology,the operational stability of the blower system was effec-tively improved,while maintenance costs were reduced.This transformation provides a reference-able example for the upgrade of similar equipment,further ensuring the efficient and stable produc-tion of the blast furnace.
