循环风机是干熄焦系统中的关键设备,传统定期运维方式易导致过修或欠修,因此实时监测其潜在故障并实现预警具有重要意义.基于频谱分析理论,结合相关软件工具,对干熄焦循环风机电机的波形信号展开详细分析,实现了电机轴承内圈故障的精准定位,从而准确反映其健康状态与劣化趋势.实践表明,对循环风机进行机械故障预警能够有效指导现场运维,显著提升系统运行的可靠性与整体性能.

The circulation fan is a key equipment in the dry quenching system.Traditional pe-riodic maintenance methods are prone to over-maintenance or under-maintenance.Therefore,real-time monitoring of its potential faults and achieving early warning is of great significance.Based on spectrum analysis theory and combined with relevant software tools,a detailed analysis of the wave-form signals from the dry quenching circulation fan motor was conducted.This enabled precise local-ization of faults in the motor bearing inner ring,accurately reflecting its health status and degrada-tion trend.Practice shows that mechanical fault early warning for the circulation fan can effectively guide on-site maintenance,significantly improving system operational reliability and overall perfor-mance.
