高炉水渣皮带机压缩空气自动吹扫系统设计与应用OA
Design and Application of Compressed Air Automatic Cleaning System for Blast Furnace Slag Belt Conveyor
高炉水渣皮带机回程段黏附物料问题较为严重,因此设计了一套集中式压缩空气吹扫系统.该系统核心设备为两级压缩永磁变频螺杆空压机,其排气量为61.0 m³/min,额定压力为0.8 MPa.改造后,气流经三级管网和不锈钢鸭嘴喷头分配至7条皮带,出口压力稳定在0.4~0.6 MPa,并由PLC实现远程自动化控制.现场运行表明:吹扫效率由68.5%提高到96%,人工清扫次数大幅下降,为高湿度散料输送提供了可靠的清洁方案.
The adhesion of materials on the return section of blast furnace slag belt conveyors is a serious issue.Therefore,a centralized compressed air cleaning system was designed.The core equipment of this system is a two-stage compression permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor with an exhaust capacity of 61.0 m³/min and a rated pressure of 0.8 MPa.After the modi-fication,airflow is distributed to 7 belts through a three-stage pipeline network and stainless steel duckbill nozzles,with outlet pressure stabilized between 0.4-0.6 MPa.Remote automatic control is achieved by PLC.Field operation shows that cleaning efficiency increased from 68.5%to 96%,manual cleaning frequency significantly decreased,providing a reliable cleaning solution for high-moisture bulk material conveying.
