为解决马钢2130酸轧机组三辊张紧装置轴承抱死问题,对相关影响因素进行了逐一分析.研究发现,轴承抱死的根本原因是辊身窜动导致轴承内部结构损坏,同时润滑脂加速乳化速度,最终造成润滑失效.通过密封圈改型、压盖凸台修磨、防松焊接、喷嘴角度调整、线外加油系统改造以及加装远程监测设备等措施,有效解决了三辊张紧轴承抱死问题,显著提升了三辊张紧装置的运行稳定性.

To address the bearing seizure issue of the three-roll tension unit in the Magang 2130 pickling and cold rolling line,related influencing factors were analyzed one by one.The study found that the root cause of bearing seizure was axial movement of the roll body leading to damage of the internal bearing structure,coupled with accelerated emulsification of the lubricating grease,ulti-mately resulting in lubrication failure.Measures such as seal ring modification,pressure cover boss grinding,anti-loosening welding,nozzle angle adjustment,offline oiling system modification,and installation of remote monitoring equipment effectively resolved the three-roll tension bearing sei-zure problem,significantly improving the operational stability of the three-roll tension unit.
